Todd Leebow, Founder & Visionary
Todd leads vision and direction for Bond Street and its projects. Todd is President and CEO of Majestic Steel USA, a privately-held, family-owned American business which distributes and processes flat-rolled steel, headquartered in Cleveland since 1979. Majestic Steel's real estate footprint spans the country, operating more than 1,000,000 sq. ft. nationwide.
Todd has also founded and launched several businesses through his holding company, Majestic Universe Ventures and Investments (MUVI). MUVI operates a diversified portfolio of businesses including Felux, a transformative technology platform for the industrial market; and Kind of One Concepts, a hospitality group. MUVI imagines and incubates businesses with purpose and passion for profit.
Todd is also a notable philanthropist in the Cleveland area, and he was recognized as a 2019 recipient of the Values-in-Action Foundation’s Sam Miller Goodness Award for contributions and service to the Ronald McDonald House of Cleveland.
Justin Strizzi, Co-Founder & Principal
Justin is responsible for leading all aspects of Bond Street's acquisition and development process, as well as the ongoing management of Bond Street's portfolio. Justin's real estate experience began with sourcing and underwriting acquisition opportunities for a New York City-based owner/operator, and since has included commercial brokerage, development, and finance, transacting on over $2 billion in commercial real estate across all major asset classes and domestic markets.
Prior to co-founding Bond Street, Justin worked as an Associate for The Ackman-Ziff Real Estate Group in New York City. At Ackman-Ziff, Justin was responsible for the underwriting, structuring, and execution of debt financing, investment sales, and joint venture equity transactions ranging various asset classes for a variety of institutional clients.
Justin holds a degree in Architecture from Penn State University - and practiced with firms in Ohio, Pennsylvania, and New York prior to his entry into commercial real estate. With Justin's background in design, beautiful architecture is a prerequisite to any Bond Street project.
